A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm April!
I am originally from Long Island and went to RPI for my undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainability Studies. I really enjoyed my time there. What I wasn't expecting was to enjoy Troy so much. I started exploring the many coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques and went to the farmers market every weekend. I loved how personal it was going to these small businesses and meeting the owners. It was wonderful to feel like part of the community. During my six years of living in Troy, I lived in a few old buildings around Washington Square Park and loved the architecture of the city. I've recently moved to an early 1900s home in Albany and have been finding new places to enjoy. What can I say, I fell in love with the historic downtowns of the capital region and the charming homes and scenery of the area. I started looking at listings in the area and dreaming of one day giving new life to an old house. Then I thought to myself "it would be so wonderful if I could help others find their dream homes" ... and so I started the journey of getting my real estate license.
I have always been a very creative person and love imagining what a home can look and feel like. In every space that I've lived I have tried to make it a comfortable and beautiful place. For everyone that I work with, both buyer and seller, I hope to help people envision what a house can look like as their home. I will be there every step of the way to help you feel confident about the process.
If you are looking to sell your house, I would love to help you make your home a place buyers can envision themselves living and find you the perfect one to purchase your home.
If you are thinking about buying a house, let's find the home of your dreams. Or maybe you aren't sure what you want, let's explore the options together!
I would love to connect with you!
